Under the National Environmental Standards for Freshwater 2020 (NES-F) and regional rules in the Tasman Resource Management Plan (TRMP), some activities, such as installing, altering, maintaining, or removing structures, are permitted and do not require resource consent, provided you meet the requirements below.
